Choke thermostat rivets

Wuz up yall,

Whats the best way to punch the rivets out on my choke thermostat? I have the old varajet I plan on replacing it, but I dont have any expensive tools. I have the regular stuff. Any tips on making this easy

Normally people drill them out.
