Who's running a Holley 4175?

My CC Quadrajet is worthless. I bought a rebuild kit and did everything by the instructions. The carb wasn't that dirty to begin with, but still no change. I'm thinking the m/c solenoid isn't working. I'm getting a lean pop, and I don't hear the ticking noise when I turn on the key. Anyway I picked up a Holley 4175 from my neighbor. The rebuild kit will be in Tues. I was just wondering what kind of mileage difference I should expect. Do you like yours? How's the overall driveability? Did you notice a power increase? Obviously I'm swapping out the distributor also. And before anyone says it,... sure, I'd like to leave the CC Q'jet on there and everything to work like it's supposed to. But, it simply has a major driveability issue, and I don't have the money for a rebuilt Q'jet. The car literally won't get out of it's own way. I'm talking 20 sec 1/4 mile here! Not to mention the stumbling and hesitation issues. And by the way no codes are thrown on the OBD?? So, if you're running a 4175, tell me about it.
