| newb carb question.
just got done with tpi to carb swap. car is backfiring through carb pretty badly, even shot up a few flames for me, cant get to run, i have the 4309 return style mallory regulator. seems like its flooding to me i checked distributor got on top dead center and all that good stuff, but no luck. BUT BUT BUT when i turn the key on the fuel pump primes up, and while im trying to start it i can hear it kicking in. IS THIS THE REASON, do i need to wire up something to keep it from kicking in like it is? not a carb guy any help will be greatly appreciated. | | | |
