tbi to carb conversion

hello all,
I'm Marty. I just bought a pretty clean 3rd gen 88 formula and definately want to go carb, im not into the whole trying to tune a tbi system. i know i need distributor, intake mani, carb, adj fpr w/ return line. what else might i need? basically what all do i need to convert to carb?

also i have no idea what distributor to run so can someone please shoot me some part numbers so i can look them up on summit. also i wasnt sure what dist gear i would need iron or steel as i have no idea if these are roller motors or not. once carbed and properly tuned for the cam will any of the shelf SBC cam work?

Thanks
m

your motor is a hydro rollor cam if it is an 88 motor.

The distributor need vacuum and mechanical advance. There are a lot of choices out there that meet that requirement.
