82 LU5 CrossFire Carb Swap

Ok I am new to posting here.so here it goes i have a 82 z28 with the LU5 motor 305TBI crossfire injection with a 3 speed trans.I want to put a carb/intake on it.what all will i need for te swap,are the crossfire motors any different from the other TBIs.would really like to know all the parts and labor i would need to do before i do it..thanks in advance

Welcome aboard.

The basic changes are the same for a cross-fire and later TBI. I assume you don't have to worry about emissions in Jacksonville, so a regular non-CC carb & distributor should get the job done.

Dreamin, do a search on crossfire injection and you might be surprised at what you find. Belive it or not crossfire has more potential than you think.
