Connect dwell meter to terminal B on the enrichment solenoid connector.
Allow engine to reach operating temp. The dwell meter should vary while resetting base idle if neccessary.
Set parking brake, put into DRIVE.
Dwell meter should fluctuate between 10` and 50` on the 6 cylinder cycle, the ocilloscope should indicate 15%-85% duty cycle.
Adjust idle air bleed screw in 1/8th turns until 251`-35`. Optimum is 30` (50% duty cycle). Allow system to react between adjustments.
If this doesn't work, then you have to adjust the idle mix screws...
