Getting Edebrock, What carb now?

Im getting either the 3701 Performer Manifold or the 7101/7104 Performer RPM manifold, but I forgot which one DOESNT clear stock hood, I think it might be the RPM manifold but I wasnt sure. Also what are the differences between the 7101 and 7104. I want/need a manifold that will let me keep the emmissions EGR, and I know the 3701 does but the RPM is a better performance manifold so I heard.
Now, the carb? If I do get any of the manifolds, which holley carb would best accompany the manifold? I saw that the Holley 510-0-6210 is the "best Q-jet replacement" but I wont have the stock manifold, wil that matter? Or will this be th ebest replacement with any manifold for my car and engine? Need some help, thanks.

For some reason it appears the RPM works on Camaros, but doesn't on most birds with a 3" air cleaner. If you need EGR for emissions the performer is the only one that has it.

yeah thats what i saw, everyone with a brd couldt clear the cleaner. Will any other manifold help me clear the hood without having to change air cleaners? Now what about the carb Karps?
