On the choke air horn there should be what's called a list number. If you think it's a 80415 then that number will be there.
Without a list number it's almost impossible to tell exactly what model the carb is without disassembling it and finding out what parts are in it. Even then you can't always tell because the main body and metering blocks have different changes depending on what model it it.
