i recently posted an ad selling a lokar throttle bracket for a tpi motor and stewart replied and quickly sent payment via paypal...
well today he recieved the box with the throttle cable bracket missing and immediately called me to let me know that a corner of th ebox was torn open and the bracket was missing. i sat down about 5 minutes later and refunded his payment and he got a hold of fedex to check out what may of happened...
things may have not gone the way eithe rof us would've liked them to but at least he was honest enough to call me immediately and let me know instead of bad mouthing me before giving me a chance to resolve the situation and i can appreciate that... |
