WOW! I just bought a speedometer from Dave, just got here. I'm impressed. Not only is the part exactly what I expected, he also included the screws that mount it to the guage cluster. He took the time to protect the speedo needle and the odo reset knob. Very slick. I would definitely buy from him again.

Yeah, Dave is a great guy to deal with for ThirdGen parts...or if you have any questions....he will answer them with really good accuracy and pictures to help you out. I'm like 2000 miles away from him....and he helped me fix alot of things on my car. His website is really organized and and he even post's pictures of our cars and parts installed by his customers. So far to date ive purchased:

a set of 85-90 Trans Am tailights,
Trans Am Dash Pouch,
a Radio/HVAC console Pod,
a 91-92 Trans Am Center console (with mint gear shift indicator
and boot)
a black plastic spare tire cover,
and a COMPLETE GTA digital Dash, MINT (and i mean mint) with the climate control, vacuum lines, and all electronics and plastic pieces.

All have been awesome experineces. Two thumbs up in my book. Dave has been one of those parts sellers that makes keeping a thirdgen in good shape easy, with the great parts, professional manner, and general overall courtesy.


BTW, who here loves the traditional IROCZDAVE package reinforcement all purchases come with? I thought id need a chainsaw to open it, but MAN did everything look great when it got here.

The way he packages things I think the only way it would break is that if it fell off the back of the truck then the driver ran over it twice before he got his buddy in the semi to run it over...

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dave and purchasing some parts for two of my Irocs (89 vert boot deck lid and release solenoids, 140 speedo w/OEM Z28 logo, locking storage well compartment cover, and Iroc-z rocker emblem). He is friendly, professional and extremly knowledgeable. The parts were spotless and in excellent condition! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. In fact, Dave sent me a newly keyed lock to the replace the original that was missing from the storage cover. Talk about customer service. Buy from Dave and you won't be dissapointed.

Having done business with Dave for years, I got the pleasure of visiting him at his home this past March. Super nice guy and as honest as they get. Oh, and I've never seen anyone that cleans used parts nor packages as well as Dave. (I KNEW I should have taken a pic of him sitting in the driver's seat of my Cobra!!)

Well I just read all the kind words writen about Dave and his business etiquette. I have to say I may be the only one who has had his part show up in worse condition then the part being replaced. Now it is no fault of Daves that DHL had a party on my vert trunklid and then dropped it off the top of the appartment building they were boozing in!! It's bent up BAD! What I can say is with one email he has vowed to find me a replacement decklid or refund my money. He has filed the claim with DHL and is hunting for a decklid. I'm serving in Iraq and he could have just as easliy done nothing. I have found out that's not his style. I hope we can meet one day so I can personally thank him for his commitment to helping his customers.

Oh by the way if anyone has a vert decklid (reasonable) let me know or if your close to Dave let him know.

If the decklid you received from Dave is red I saw it at his house being prepped for shipping last month. It was in excellent condition (I should've bought it for a spare). And the shipping carton he had it in looked very sturdy. It's too bad some apes at DHL ruined it. Just wanted to drop my 2 cents and say that Dave is tops in my book.

This is one great sight for f-body info and although i am new here and no one knows me, i have to leave great feedback for IROCZDAVE !

I have dealt with him 3 times and being that i live in mississippi and well most of you know where dave resides, i am just excited to finally find a guy who says what he has, describes it like it is, and well, for those of you that have ordered parts from dave know all too well his exceptional packing.

Being that i am the lastest buyer of a very minty dash pad for my 5.7 89 iroc-z and the last he had in stock( sorry), it was the packing that stood out in this shipment. there was no way the dash pad could move inside the specially built box. keep up the great work dave and i look foward to more purchases in the near future.
