Can we make those interent addresses sticky somewhere? Could you post them? I wasn't ripped over ebay yet and yes paypal is definitly the way to go unless you item would take more then 30 days to ship then paypal doesn't do anything anymore. That is the only thing that really bothers me as many internationaly shipped items take longer.

they should be from ebay. i sent my money order out the day after i hit the "but it now" button. i used a USPS money order, and it would had only taken approx. 4 days to get to them right? well...they had my money for 3 weeks before shipping.....

i emailed them NUMEROUS times, with no response throughout those 3 weeks. i also called them (got the phone # through ebay), and the first time they put me on hold for 10 minutes . second time i called which was at the end of those 3 weeks, the guy told me they would ship it out the next day....well, they didn't do that either, it took them 2 days after that phone call to ship to me. they SUCK at ebay, they need to be from the site for sucking so bad

hold onto my money for 3 weeks, never respond to emails, and put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then dont fulfill a promise....grounds for sucking i think

LIST DAMAGED ITEMS AS IN GREAT SHAPE. do not trust this seller

eBay.ca: 1982-92 Firebird/Trans Am/ Formula Taillights Assembly (item 8060007388 end time 02-May-06 12:00:46 EDT)

He sent me items with no packing protection that were junk in the first place with major damage and were damaged further because there was no protection in the box for the lenses. They just rattled around in the box chipping even further. This is a seller not to be trusted.

here are pics of what was sent to me and the condition they were in.

NEVER do business with evilmustang.

drove over 300 miles and 6 hours for a 91 Z in "really good condition". it took him 45 min. just to get it to start. had the key rigged under the dash with 2 wires on the chip to start it. asked him if the t-tops leaked, he said no, but the bar around the t-tops had paint chipped away and looked like it had been rusting for at least 5 years with no care taken to it. so, yes the t-tops DID leak. car was pieced together. refused to refund deposit. only did so after paypal forced him to.

I think they were called chevyclassics, I bought a set of the dash vents from them and when I received them one was broken, I e-mailed them and they said they would send another if they could find one, a month later I aksed again and they said they hadn't found one yet, even though the whole time they had vent sets listed on eBay again. Most of their pictures were taken with a blue tile background, and they usually used the same pictures over and over again.

Listing said F body V8 700R4 detent cable.
He would not provide any more info.
Needless to say he sent me a TBI one when I have a TPI.
Yeah it did not fit.

Filed claim with paypal, 3 days later I won. I shipped the cable back to him, then he appeals because I forgot the hold down bolt!
Before I noticed the appeal I offered to send him 25 cents so he could go buy a bolt, afterwards i told him to go screw himself. Yeah that appeal lasted all of 24 hours before the refund was reinstated.
Then he leave neg feedback!

Another bad seller for the list...

I'm in the middle of a pile of crap with "answeracin" right now. I PayPal'ed $28 to him for a TA headlight 6/29, and still don't have it. I emailed him 7/11, and he responded that it would go out that same week. Since then, no response to any of my numerous emails. His phone number as registered with eBay is no good, either. I have notified PayPal and opened a claim to get my money back through them. If it works out that something stoopit happens and it gets here or whatever, I'll edit the post to reflect it.

EDIT!:
Well, I got an email Monday 7/31, with a USPS tracking number and an excuse. According to the tracking number on the USPS website, it shipped 7/31 at 1:10pm. It's still been a full month plus from when he got my money to when the item was shipped.

EDIT 2:
I got the light, but when I went to install it, the motor makes a horrible noise, and the light goes up/down and doesn't stop. Once the motor cuts off, the light has no resistance there to hold it's position. I can push it up/down with my hand. I emailed him 8/11 to let him know about this, and have yet to get a response. I took the guts of my original motor and this motor and combined them to make one noisy, but operable headlight. I hope it lasts a little while at least.

Cycosquirrel

I just ran into a bad one. Cycosquirrel advertised on eBay an Edelbrock Jr. Manifold in used but excelent condition. What he shipped was a chinese knock off of the Edelbrock Manifold. I contacted him by email once and told him of the problem. He stated that he sold it for a friend, and he would have nothing more to do with it. I have tried to contact him by email, and by phone. No answers by email. He answered his phone once, but as soon as he knew what the call was about, he hung up. I have tried for two months to get this problem resolved so now eBay says it's beyond their 60 day period, and nothing can be done there. I also have filed a complaint with the FBI internet fraud division - this is a wait and see situation (www.ic3.gov).

Just watch out for Tracey Singleton of Pinellas Park, Florida - on eBay as Cycosquirrel

dagirls1979

beware of dagirls1979. this guy (Louis) tried to pull a good scam on me but it didn't work. he won a $225 auction from me and paid with paypal. when I went to ship the parts off using UPS it turns out the guy gave me an address that does not exist. I did a check on mapquest and the post office and the same results. I emailed this guy about this and asked him for a diff address to shipp the parts to. he said he knows of the prob with his address and told me to ship the parts anyway. UPS can ship parts to an address that does not exist so I told him this and he said USPS would ship it to the address, just don't tell them of the addy problem. thing is if I send these parts to this non-existant address and he is able to intercept the parts at the post office somehow, then he would be able to file a paypal dispute claiming he did not get the parts when in reality he does have them. paypal would then ask me where I shipped the parts to and all I would have would be an address that does not exist.paypal would then rule in this crooks favor and he would have not only my money but also my parts. STEER CLEAR OF THIS CROOK.

Got a bad one

Stay away from chvycamaro93@yahoo.com I bought a dash pad from him it was to have been in Perfect shape(picture showed it in the car). It arrived with one end bent over and two large cracks. My take on it..Looks like he ruined it taking it out and sent it then tried to blame it on t he mail service.......BUT the shipping box did not have a mark on it and he will not refund the money

STEER CLEAR OF DUCKRACN!

This seller is Stacey Fender of F-Body Motorsports (and www.alienmotorsports.com). I can't quite prove it, but I can offer some support of my claim. She is trying to scam folks with eBay auctions for NOS '90 IROC-Z black/silver rocker emblems again. Here's the latest listing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...1818327&rd=1,1

This is the same picture used in the auction on which I bid in October of '05. Stacey references her alienmotorsports.com website in an email from October of '05, and the contact phone number listed on that site is the same contact number listed in the latest eBay auction. She will build up several more positive feedbacks by having her friends "win" her auctions, and then she will start taking money without sending the goods.

I understand if you're skeptical, so feel free to contact me if you wish; I'll try to explain myself a bit more clearly.

Re: BAD EBAY SELLER LIST, post here.

my point is if people were'nt so lazy they could find most stuff on their own - they would'nt get ripped and we would have this list, I just bought my third set of GTA wheels at a junk yard twenty miles from home for $100 ,I did'nt rely on pics, someones word or luck; I went looking on a saturday and stumbled on them . All Im saying is be car people, have fun and don't let a bunch a scammers get you. --enough said --last post on this subject --god speed and good luck

Re: BAD EBAY SELLER LIST, post here.

A person on ebay with the name Raymond Vasquez, ebay name sixtiessteel screwed me out of 508 dollars. I made a transaction outside of ebay since he didnt have a buy it now button but i talked to him trhough ebay. He sent me the transmission and it came dammaged since all it was packed in was 2 boxes. I sent the trans back to him and since I payed through paypal I filed a claim and they said since it was not bought through ebay they cannot get me my money back. He also told me he is not going to refund my money so after I came at him and tracked him down and made a few phone calls he said once he gets his money from fedex, I'll get mine...so far no money yet. So beware of this seller also he is extremely rude.

Re: BAD EBAY SELLER LIST, post here.

Here's another:
camaro1969ss
Also has an Ebay Store under the name Atlantic Performance

Email addresses: atlanticpe@yahoo.com, cam69ss@yahoo.com

He sold me these:
"Nice used Rochester/GM PN 5235301 20.5 lb/hr fuel injectors rated at 43.5 psi fuel. Factory on most GM TPI cars. Taken out of a low mileage 1987 46,000 mile 305 TPI Camaro, No reserve! "

I ohmed them all and they were fine, but after I popped them in, 2 of them were dead. You couldn't hear them pulse and the car was misfiring like crazy. I opened up a dispute through Paypal but they said it doesn't cover quality issues, only if he doesn't send anything. So as long as someone sends a pile of crap in a box, they're covered.
Here is his response to Paypal:
"The used fuel Injectors were sent in good used operation as is condition. Buyer used the fuel injectors to pass state inspection now he wants a refund for items he states are damaged after a month passed. Sounds like a very suspect story to me. Seller can not take items back that have been misused and damaged by the buyer. Items were sold as is. He used the parts to get what he wanted and now wants a refund. That is fraud.>>

Out $50 and Anybody in Worcester want to visit this guy?
