Here's the story I bought serpentine brackets and pullies off the guy on 3/22.


On 3/22 I sent:

it was sent back to me becasuse of wrong address, can you give me your address again so this does not happen twice. AOL deletes old emails after about 4 days so I did not have your email and I forgot your name on here. I will repay the shipping since it was probably my screw up writing the address. I believe I have been overally generous on the time I have given you to respond. I understand you haven't been on since the 12th, but that's not an excuse.

I have only 45 days to file a dispute so if you do not respond by the 30th I'll be filing a dispute with Paypal.

This guy jerked me around too. Wanted my posi then big sob story about not having money. Almost went c.o.d. Glad I didn't . Finally told him no money /no part. Still whined but he finally stopped talkin'. Keeping track of guys like this and won't deal with him for anything!!!!

Paypal Dispute has been filed. I feel I have gave this user plenty of time and chances to fix it. Pisses me off he managed to mess up my shipping address when: 1) I gave it to him. 2) It's confirmed status on my paypal account. All he had to do is copy and paste. I'm willing to bet he didn't even send it at all.

Well he is sending the parts now. So all is well.

I still think jumping to the idea someone stiff me after almost a month from them saying they'll ship it next day was logical.

I am happy he's better now, and he did not forget about me.

The following is a reply to the classifieds ad:

I AM NOT A DAMN THIEF!!!!!!! I just got out of the hospital. I am 100% disabled and have an internal morphine pump for back pain. The pump malfunctioned 2 days after having it filled and overdosed me on morphine. I was unconcious for 5 days and almost died.

I have shipped your parts thru UPS Ground and I sent you the tracking number thru paypal, I will also send it to you on here in a private message

You might want to get all the information next time before slandering someone on the internet!!! I would appreciate you getting your remarks off this sight and any other place you might have put them

He's lucky one more week and I would have sent in the forms to the Illinois Consumer Fraud.

I also sent you a partial refund of 20 dollars so if you take the first 28 dollars for shipping when it was returned and the second 28 dollars for shipping it this time, that is 76 dollars so I actually lost money and you got the brackets for free!!!
