everclear4520 bad seller

I know if you go below in this board, you will see that i said he was good. He started off fine, refunded me $50 for a cruise control unit because I said I needed the complete setup and he was missing a hose. So that was cool. He was mad at me because He didn't refund it right away and i put in a claim to paypal. i agree that I should have waited longer than 3 business days, but I myself give refunds right away. So i was wrong there. I bought a MAF from him as well. I didn't install it right away. When I did it was junk. So I emailed him on july 2nd or 3rd and asked if I could return it. He said fine. So I sent it back to him and he received it on the 3rd of August. Now he is swearing at me in PM's telling me I'm a joke, that he isn't going to refund my money. Calling me a bigshot. ETC. Judging by the way this guy is talking, he is pretty juvenile, he's swearing all over the place. All I wanted was my $$ back for a junk MAF that I sent back to him. So he can deal with Mastercard, and I won't do business with him again.

Here is an example of a PM i received from him.

Re: mass air flow sensor for 87 5.7

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. you took your sweet *** time sending it back me over a month and the day it gets here u.. YOU TELL me what to do?

2. you were a ****in **** on paypal over the cruise control i told u i would give u a refund.. and u ran and did a claim on paypal sayin i wasn't responding to ur e-mails or on here... when i already told u i would give u a refund.. you waited 3 days until you did the claim "over the weekend" sorry dude i got a life

so you know what dude **** YOU for being a **** in the first place and tryin to tell me what to do.. maybe if u would have acted normal and not a **** over all, and sent it back to me in a descent time i would have refunded your money

either way u need help "

you were a ****in **** and lied about the cruise control on paypal and you keep tryin to tell me what to do?

like i said if u wasn't such a **** i would

How I lied about a cruise control is beyond me, I told them he wasn't responding to emails because I never received a single email from him.

Re: everclear4520 bad seller

Ive had a few refund and internet sales issues in both buying and selling. But I have never started flying off and cursing at a total stranger. For all I know it could be a minister. Hehehehe Yes, you shouldve waited, but a mutual apology wouldve been the proper way to go on for both of you. "Im sorry it wasnt the right part" and "Im sorry I jumped the gun" Its all good lets move on. Same thing with the MAF. He should understand that 1, he was selling a used part and reguardless of the time you installed it, it still would not have worked. I personally want to get something like that in ASAP. But also we all have other things in life going on besides our projects and it isnt always doable to get it done soon. 1st off the seller shouldve tested it or otherwise put a 'sold as-is' claim on it. 2nd the seller or buyer should not start mouthing off obsenities to abother about a small dissagremment. Act like civil adults....wait, just act like a civil human being. This is not your personal ghetto sidewalk thug sales table. Act like youve dealt with some setbacks B4

Re: everclear4520 bad seller

are you talking about me. I know you were the buyer. What I said was majorly in your favor. I do agree as you also do, that you shouldve given a little more time in the 1st incident. Things happen. But he was not in the right whatever the circumstance to talk to you like that. And it seems he arried the grudge over to the 2nd incident. I hope it works out for you man. That situation really sux. I usually trust that in dealing with other enthusiest, it will be an easy going time in transactions or just forum chat. But there is sometimes that guy that just spoils the whole basket. Thx for looking out and making everyone aware. Peace!

I like Mikz's attitude. PMing with ranting and raving is counterproductive and only makes the sender look foolish.

Re: everclear4520 bad seller

Negative comments only inflame a bad situation and do nothing to rectifiy it. Enough from me. President, good luck with a bad situation.

Re: everclear4520 bad seller

well i have an 87 5.7 tpi and the alternator is on the passenger side. On the alternator you sent me, it was on the drivers side. And I got my money back from the credit card company. Asking for my money back is not being cock or pushy.
