A couple of months ago, I ordered some stereo removal keys for my girlfriend's 2003 VW Golf (it's a specialty tool to remove the head unit) from ebay user autoware302. This seller specializes in aftermarket wiring harnesses, installation kits, and the like. I paid via Paypal as soon as I won the auction. After six weeks and several emails I got no response and no tools. At that point I filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back—and won!
Yesterday I logged into ebay to look for a new TPI base (Edelbrock or TPIS) and I found that autoware302 had left negative feedback for me! He said:

NON PAYING BIDDER NO PAYMENT NO ITEM I WON NPB DISPUTE AND GOT FEES BACK
Outright Lie! After a few emails to ebay, I found that they were willing to do nothing to help me. Fantastic. I responded to my negative feedback, but I still have a strike on my otherwise perfect record. People like this should be euthanized.
I have had similar problems with autoware302 and Ebay and Paypal are useless when it comes to settling a problem. All I have to say is it is a good thing I only have this guys P.O. box number or I think I would make a drive to Kathleen, FL and get my money back the hard way. I ordered a iPod AUX adapter for a 2005 Ford Mustang Feb. 3, 2008, and payed as soon as I won the auction via Paypal. I waited almost three weeks to get the item. It finally came Tuesday Feb. 19, and I immediately took it to have it installed. The place I took it had it completely installed in about 30 minutes. However, they discovered the item did not work. They double checked everything to make sure the error was not due to their cause. As first suspected, the only cause of the problem is the adapter itself. In the box of the adapter, there was warranty information for the item, should it not work. I logged onto their website, and before I could even view the website there was a large notice about how they do not cover warranty issues on items purchased through Ebay because they did not approve of any Ebay auctions involving their product, and basically said any seller doing so was committing fraud against their company. So now my only option was to try to email autoware302 about the problem, since Ebay only handles disputes about items not received or items received with a different description. I have emailed autoware302 4 times since I received the item and I have yet to receive a reply. My advice is to stay away from autoware302's auctions at all cost! He is a fraud and will take your money. Good luck getting a response from him.
I had a similar issue with autoware302, I had ordered a part from them but didn't recieve it. I contacted them via their google chat and had no issues getting it resolved. And the part was misrouted so they shipped me out another one, which I recieved, its up to you but I'd probably give them a second try.
Not true. I ordered a recovery machine that did not work. I opened dispute, sent item back with tracking and recieved all my money back. Seller opened dispute said I never returned item, I sent paypal proof he recieved, they revolked his account.
