Depending on shipping method used, it could take 2 weeks. With something like this you should have requested a tracking number. Sometimes carriers are very slow with items that are shipped value rate.
Seems to be a silly question, but have you tried to contact the seller. You should have the seller's full name, a phone number and address before you even paid. Without that you have little recourse.
Why didnt you do the research on the seller BEFORE you sent money. Not trying to be a jerk, but on a forum like this its mandatory to know who your buying from.
I'm sure if TGO see's a trend they will take action. Perhaps this will be the time. However even if they ban the person, dont you think that person knows how to create another account? Banning doesnt really work unless by IP address, and even then there's ways around it.
