Pretty simple! I bought a shift kit from him in early December. Now it is almost april and it is still not here. I am now giving him until April 7 to refund my money. If he doesn't I will file a charge back through my credit card company and file a claim through the internet fraud department. I will also notify his local police department. I have sent him several PM's and E-mail's with no response. I have been very patient and have noticed he has been on several times with out contacting me.

IMHO You should already file with your credit card company. Early Dec and it is late march. File a claim NOW.

I know him...hes a good guy but he fell of the face of the earth. and he is extreemly hard to get a hold of. he owes me an amp,some wires, some speakers, cut out and head unit and some other things.... (traded him a moonsoon radio)

I dont know what his problem is but he needs to get on top of his game...its pissin me off too. pm me if you need his contact info
