I had a similar situation this year when i bought my 3rd gen, i got the car but no title ( title was to be shipped with car), anyway seller got my money and months went by still no title. what we had to end up doing was call ( i think it was the sheriffs department) of the county where the seller lived and explained the situation. As long as you have proof of a transaction where money was exchanged for a good or service you should be able to get your money back.
This will be interesting--I've never seen 1 of these!

Makes for a neat winter project & welcome spring with a "New Bird Song"..
the engine was built last winter and im about 75 percent done with my beefed up suspension mods right now.... i want to take it to rockingham and see what it does.... this is definitely a muscled out l98.... i want to see how far i can push an all motor stock headed l98.....
