Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm in the processes of replacing a convertible top. Got the old top off, wasn't exactly like the directions I used. It had rivets in 4 places that needed to be drilled.

The issue I am having is the stay pads are dry rotted and turning to dust. The passenger side has already broken, and there's wear through holes in the others.
I'm not sure what to use to replace them or where to get it.

Any ideas? I had hoped to get the top done this weekend.

Thanks.

Re: Any ideas how to fix this?

I have replaced a convertible top on a corvette but not a camaro or firebird. I would use a heavy type felt for it. Im sure if you find the right thickness you would be ok.

thanks for the link! means waiting a little longer but I'd rather have the correct replacement.
