I can actually speak for them, they are in the works for the Bow!3 header piece. Bruce and I went through the information a while back and there are three different types.

1985 - 1988 ( Type 1 )
1989 ( Type 2 ) is unique for the year
1990 - 1992 - ( Type 3 )

he actually has my Bow #1 header piece to make a copy from.

How are these made, and what keeps them from warping like the old ones?

My order is in for one if it installs cleanly and doesn't rattle or itch!

I believe the are vacuum formed around a plug. Just like the originals.

I know that plastics have come a long way in the last 20 years. I work with plastic every day...

As for rattles... mine never rattled, I did notice however there was some thick foam like adhesive strips on the unexposed side that were intended to keep it from rattling from ASC. I would imagine something similar would be in order to keep the new ones from rattling...

HA!! I love this forum i just spent days and i mean days sifting through websites trying to find these two pieces and here they are well the header i need now and the headliner piece when its made ill buy as well. My header is 99 percent good still if someone wants it for a driver it has a crck about 1/4 inch where the left visor bolts up thats it....(im kind of anal as this car is like new)
