I've got all the components now i need to change over to a serpentine setup for my 406. I got a new stewart stage 2 alum. water pump, march underdrive pullies, a/c delete pulley, serp belt, steering pump, alt, all the brackets, the only thing missing that i wanted are dual Perma-Cool 14" fans. I have an electric fan lying around from a 96 4.6l T-Bird which looks noticably bigger then our single electric fans. Do you guys thing that will be enough to cool down the 406? I'm just gonna wire it in with a relay switch so that i can turn it on and off whenever i want.
Yea, it should be fine. I was using a single fan from a v6 GP on my truck and it worked quite well. The hype from perma cool and others about HP and fan size is far overstated.
