How to tell if my AC is filled w/freon or empty?

I want to pull my motor, but I don't want to run into any freon.

You can just pull your AC compresor to the side without disconnecting the lines & try & pull your motor

what do you mean? like if I move the AC pipes and maneuver the engine around it then is it possible to spray the entire compartment.
man, it's gonna be hard for me cause I want to do the engine bay before the body and I dont know how I'm gonna be able to eliminate an edge or dry spray in the gaps. I want to do it a 2000 'I believe' camaro arctic white, cause I want something bright white.

Send a message via AIM to dankhound
On the shinny tank there is a port with a shrader valve. It might have a cap on it. Just push on the shrader valve. If you hear or feal freon coming out then you have at least some freon in the system.
