Which radiator, Griffin 6-582AE-BAX or BeCool 62015??
Hey guys I need some input from any of you guys that own a Griffin or BeCool radiator. I am at the point were my stock radiator cant keep up with the motor. Shortly I will be buying either the Griffin 6-582AE-BAX or the BeCool 62015. The only difference that I can see between the two is that the griffin has 1.25” tubing for its two cores and the BeCool has 1” tubing for its two cores. They both cost about the same. If any one of you guys have had any experience with these radiators please let me know. Thanks you guys.
Bored .60 over, 383 Eagle rotating assembly w/ 6" rods, SRP/JE flat top pistons -5cc, Comp Cams XR276HR, Pro Topline Pro Lightning heads (2.02 in/ 1.60 ex) 200cc runners that been polished w/ 72cc chamber, stock runners and manifold bored to max, Comp Cams valve train w/ Mainly valves and Comp Cams 1.6 complete roller rockers.
What I just added: MSD 6AL, MSD coil, Hooker 2055 headers, Accel 32# injectors, crane cams fuel pressure regulator, 3-4 WOT Upshift kit and retuned the computer.
What I am about to add: Griffin 1.25 tubing x 2-row aluminum radiator (I hope I don't overheat again)
Well I just got the griffin radiator (p/n 6-582AE-BAX) in today and Ill be installing it tomorrow. Hopefully I don’t run into any large problems. I know that some people ran into some problems but I don’t have any problems doing some fab work to get it to fit. Anyways Ill let you guys know how it turns out.

Well it took me a fairly long time to get that damn radiator in but its in!! I had to do a little bit of cutting but nothing too major. But all I have to say its a damn tight fit! O yah after I put that radiator in I drove it somewhat aggressively (I still only have about 400 miles on the motor) but the temp didn’t come up. Its a great relief!!
