87 camaro heater control valve delete

Hi can some one help me with deleting my heater control valve cuz it broke to day.How do i hook the pipes up to bypass it and will it effect my engine cooling in any way I have got rid of my a/c and also done the throttle bypass thing my ride is a 1987 iroc-z camaro 5.7 tpi auto i look foreward to any reply thanx.

Run a heater hose directly from the port right under your radiator cap to the port on the front of your intake manifold, unless you're still using your oil cooler, in that case, from the manifold, to one of the pipes coming up from the oil cooler, out the other, to the port on your radiator. at that point all the hoses for your heater core and the valve can be removed, just remember to plug up the valve's vacuum line.
