update: read the Wells part catalog and found that SW505 has a 213-229 temp range, so am going w/ that one, plus only $8.99 at AZ. The part description for threads and picture are exactly the same as the list part (SW500). Hopefuly the SW505 lowers operating temp just enough but keeps it warm enough for a ccc setup.
The Wells catalog lists the SW500 as having a 220-239 temp range.

Standard Brands Ignition TS-136 220/204 I want to put a new fan control switch in this weekend at the same time I put in a new Stage 1 w/p & new balanced 195 thermostat. Question -- Anybody have good or bad experience using one of these cooling fan switches in a single fan set-up?
