Re: big block hose ?

i used a universal one the first time. I took it to a napa store and they matched it up with a hose from a 77 dodge truck with a 360. hope this helps

Re: big block hose ?

Have you tried spec-ing a 2nd gen big block hose? I found that when I put an olds engine in if I used a 79 T/A radiator hose it fit pretty well.

Maybe you could check to see what a 70-73 Big block Camaro lower hose looks like...

Re: big block hose ?

I did a Vega V8 swap sometime ago. What I did was take a wire clothes hanger and configure what bends & how long I needed from the water pump to radiator along with the diameters and took that to my local Napa Store. Five minutes later I was on my way home with a hose that fit perfect.
Just a thought
Merry Christmas
