Heater not working right

The heater in my car is not working like it should. The heat seems to only be coming out of the defrost vents, and even on high, hardly any air is coming out at all. I swapped the car over to the a/c delete so I dont know if something happened with that or not. What are some things that I should look into?

Re: Heater not working right

Could anyone tell me where the vacuum line for the HVAC ends up going to in the interior?

Are you sure that the top leaver is set on "vent" and not on anything other.

-Edit-
Should be set up like the picture below except you most likely want the fan on high and not low

You have a vacume leak. I would start looking for the leak behind the controls, but it could be under the hood. This has been covered before, do a search if you need more info.
