Whats a good water pump
I just took my car to a mechanic to figure out why it was overheating and they told me that I need a new water pump. But since Im on an Air force base they dont order parts, will only do the work. Any suggestions for a good replacement water pump on a 1988 Iroc with a 305 tpi

i just replaced mine yesterday with an airtex waterpump, and its a very good unit. and at the price of 40 dollars with tax, was a steal too.

that one will do. if you wanna go to an even nicer one, consider aluminum but expect the price to about double

i just put on a bosch water pump that is the heaavy duty one and it is working great.
