Electric water pump setup???

I want to put an electric water pump on my car because its just not cooling fast enough for me plus i would like to be able to cool the car even when its off by having the pump and my fans running on the same circuit but i have a serpentine setup so how would i go about doing that? i know its possible and ive searched ad searched but i cant find an answer

my issue is im running at 200* at all times now, and it spikes up high in the middle of the day making the car run like crap, my next step is put the tuned port on my 305 im picking up the harness from chris today. Plus the cooling system is transferable to the new motor too so id rather get it done now instead of building the motor just to have it run hot, plus its only an LT1 from the cam and intake lol i have a franken-motor
