Electric Fan Shroud Fabrication.

Ok guys here is what i'm wondering. I live in Arizona and during the summer I always have to keep an eye on my temp. I just installed the late model electric fans on my 03 silverado and wow what a difference that made with my truck cooling and with a/c.
I know I'm not alone out there with cooling issues and was thinking of designing a fan shroud like the one for the trucks and the 4th gens for our cars. It would force all the air that the fans pull through the radiator and condenser. I have talked to some plastics fabricators and it seems very possible to design.
I would make it line up with the factory mounts and design it around the factory fans so all we would have to do is pull the old fan assembly, install the original fan motors and blades into the new shroud and reinstall it into the car.
I would like to hear your thoughts and opinions on the matter and see if this is worth pursuing.
Right now I have the dual fan set up and would be designing that first, then if there is enough demand, I could do a single fan set up. I was also thinking of making the shroud fit the lake model truck fan motors. Those thing pull a ton of air. But they might pull too much amperage for our alternators.
Anyway, give me some input. i want to hear what you think. thanks
