Both? I only see one.

Is there one in front of the rad I can't see? How exactly do I check to see if they're rigged (I assume they are)?
I changed the thermostat, coolant temp sensor, and rad cap this weekend. The temp gauge still sits at the first hash mark between 100 and 220 so I guess that's 190 or so.
