Cooling Fans Not Working

Hey what's up everyone,
Ok sorry for the newbie question, but my fans have stopped working all of a sudden. The previous owner switch them into the ignition so that they run all the time instead of when the temp sensor wants them to. But now they just don't work at all. I tried the A/c testing trick and they still don't work. The wiring seems to be ok, no shorts, and I think i found the fuse but I'm not too sure.
Can someone please help me find out whether the fuse is blown, and I checked the wrong fuse, and whether or not the ignition switch wiring is a problem. Both fans aren't working so I think that rules out a blown fan motor.
Oh and they were wired together.

The car is a 1991 Trans am GTA
5.7l TPI

Thanks
