So I datalogged my car and I don't think things are ok

I used TTS Datamaster for my car, the 8D version.
When I started it it kept plinging every second or so saying data error(Engine Data Checksum Error) and sometimes it says DTC error.

And there are all these spikes, I don't think this is normal but I am not really sure what to look for or how to diagnose this, anyone care to help? I have an 8 minute log here that anyone can look at if they wish.

Here's a screenshot to show you what it looks like:

Here is the datalog(zipped at 146kb):

I have talked with another guy and he wonders if I might have a intake leak since the fuel mixture varies alot and wildly sometimes.

I have gone through the error codes in the log, they all have various potentialproblems but all of them except some I could not find have the ECM being faulty as one possibility.
But then I also found I had gotten an error 51:
"EPROM/Flash Checksum Fail"

It is definitly my ECM that is broken.
But... do I need a new chip or do I need a whole new unit?

According to Haynes repair it could be...

defective PROM, PROM not properly installed, incorrect PROM installed, defective ECM.

Id swap in a new prom before an ECM. Ive heard of bad prom burns that have caused this error code. Reburn the prom if you have the equipment see if that fixes it. If not id try replacing the prom first.

Well I've been meaning to get into that so I've ordered a BURN1, G1 adapter and C1 chip from moates.net

Well I haven't gotten the new stuff from Moates yet though according to the tracking it should arrive tomorrow.
However I'll be leaving tonight for 10 days so damn

I did build a duplicate of the interface and it worked in the exact same fashion.
