Odd ECM ID?

I am replacing my PROM/MEMCAL (not sure the term), and I am having difficulty getting the car to stay lit. I have sent the memory adapter (from PCMFORLESS) back because of this.

TGO says the ID for my ECM would be the service number on the metal box. Ok, my SVC# is 16198259. This doesn't jive with what all I've read on here...so...what in the world is in my 89 Formula?

EDIT:nevermind..a little more searching found that this is a replacement ecm for the 1227165
