Accel DFI-fuel regulator

my DFI fuel pressure regulator is a rail mount, I want an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator that mounts else where. Now, if i just back out the adjuster on the rail mount and plug the line and use the aeromotive one , would i have problems with pressure,??
id like to get rid of the rail mount but i cant find a plug for the hole in the rail. Or do i just jet another fuel rail.
thanks in advance.

Re: Accel DFI-fuel regulator

My regulator was leaking, so I machined a plug to bolt in as a replacement. I'm using the Aeromotive regulator now.
