Standalone engine systems...which one?
Hi all. After getting very frustrated with my car and not being able to get it running right for the life of me, I think I'm gonna go with a standalone setup. My question is, does anyone here use one, and if so, which one and how do they like it? Also, I've heard good things about the FAST setup but it costs a lot of money! Anything cheaper but comparable?

I know the car has a lot of power potential, but I cant get it fine tuned, and it just doesn't feel very fast on the test drives I've gone on. I've heard that the computers in these cars are garbage anyways, and trying to get power out of them is very hard and time consuming.

i've got an older gen 6 setup posted up forsale for what i think is cheap, in the forsale fourm.

I have no personal experience on it, but there is a LS1-ECM to TPI adapter harness available. Which would mean you could flash tune it, just like a LS1, no more chips to burn. And gives your TPI sequential fuel injector which should equal better mpg AND HP.

It's the one that interests me the most right now.
