how should I connect to my ALDL?

I have an 86 Z-28 that has a 355 with a carb. My ALDL only has terminals on F, D, C, B and A. How do I connect my self made bare wires to the ALDL. The wires were made from one of the sugested sites from this forum. it is the serial to usb. Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided, Mike
