How do you know if your ECM is TBI or TPI?

They both look the same and I got one from somebody who says its for a 90-92 305 TPI. How can I be sure. The only thing the box says is;

REMANUFACTURED BY GM CORP.
SERVICE NO. 16196344

Then there is a bar code with the following number underneath it;
*866344WZ33010418*

Other than that. it has 2 black plug outlets and one yellow plug outlet.

Make sure that you unplug your eprom and put in new ecu.
That same ecu was in lots of other un-related TPI cars, so the eprom will be different.
You can also use 1227730 ecu, but again, exchange the eprom inside.
