decoding mempak numbers

I'm trying to find info on what the numbers mean for the mempaks. Mine is a ACSW 0028 and ecm 1227747. I find plenty of info about the ecm but not the mempak.

Re: decoding mempak numbers

here is half the problem solved - http://chevythunder.com/1227747_ecm_198892.htm
that is for the ecm number 1227747.
http://www.diy-efi.org/gmecm/ecm_info/1227747/ is another programing site.

looks like your ecm may not be for a camaro.

but right here on 3rd gen at http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/di...1227747-a.html (Modifying GM ECM 1227747 ?) they have tons of things about that ecm - so maybe it is for a camaro, or not.

you would be surprised what you can find with google in 2 minutes that is how i found this for you.
now its your turn. good luck.

http://www.google.com/search?q=gm+ec...x=&startPage=1 is the google link so you can go right to it.
