1986 pontiac 5.0 in a 1936 chevy sedan I am having trouble with knock sensor and fan control on my snapon scanner the knock sensor shows no when the key is on but when I turn it off show knock yes and also I have fan on request as no but it also goes to yes when I turn key off. Any ideas why this is happening
