| Re: ECM swap If I read the above correctly, you put an '89 Formula TPI harness in an '89 Camaro. Although you mention bulkhead connectors. I don't think that the TPI harness has any bulk head connectors.
There is one or two under dash connectors. These should be the same between the cars.
At key-on, engine-off, does the SES light up, blink off, then light up solid?
The ECM gets battery power from a fuse that is inline a wire under the hood.
The ECM & EFI system is grounded via lugs to the back of the cylinder head(s). These are black and black/white wires that run to the ECM and to some of the sensors.
