TA trouble

I am in need of desperate help before I part my car. I have an 82 TA Recaro. I have swapped the crossfire for a TPI 350. Let me give the mods it has oliver rods, manley pistons,.490 cam, accel super ram intake, accel thruster DFI and a few more things but not at a concern for now. My problem is that it runs rich and the headers glows red and overheats. i've checked for vacum leaks (none) moved timing, raidiator flows correctly, tried messing with the map in the computer and turn up nothing. This thing seems to run decent, but rich not sure if i am way off on timing or the fuel map. I keep messing with it every so often over the last 5-6 yrs until the wife has enough and I quit for awhile only to come back to it getting mad again and no progress. i'll answer any questions to help me fix this issue. Thankful for any advice I can recieve.

Re: TA trouble

I actually just got off the phone with ACCEL and let them know that at forced timing the balance is bouncing all over the place. which they said i needed to get control of that by a new chain, ign module or distribitor drive gear. I forgot to ask them what fuel pressure this should be running at, right now it is at 40psi. As far as the data map just really have not a good pin point on that everything i've tried hasn't changed a thing.
