| As most of you know Ive been having problems with editing the dfi 6. I was able to edit eveything except the base fuel map pulse widths. I was also having problems saving files. After hours and hours online trying to figure out why the "time out error" was occuring. I came up with, my laptop was running to fast. Since I downloaded Calmap off of Accel DFI site on my hard drive and I didnt have a floppy disc( or floppy drive) to slow down the laptop which everyone was telling me was the solution. I ended up going into my port setting and changing the baud and bit rate until it worked.... and now it works fine so far. I changed the baud rate from 9600 to 1200 and the bit rate from 8 to 6 and wala..... hope this helps someone. | | | |
