How to tune the MAF tables?

Please read my response to the post titled "How to disable DFCO with TunerCat".

What do you guys think about this approach???

your headed the right way. however the blm cell does not effect the maf table selection. maf table is selected on incoming maf voltage nothing else. ecm just use maf tables as a trunciation for maf voltage to incoming air flow. it then bases fueling on grms sec vs maf counts ( which are just the a/d channels version of voltage) youyr getting there.
