Two Transistor Interface

I have used this interface for every bit of software I have used and it has never failed.

Justme, I've seen that schematic and there's another more complex one. Is the one you showing limited to a transmit speed of 160 baud instead of 8192 baud the 7730 or 7727 is capable of?

Just clarifying.

I assume it is at the 8192 Buad Rate. I have always set it to 8192 in Moates Software. Seems very fast to me.

At 8192, you should see it refresh around 6 times per second.
