Schematics for 2732A Eprom burner?

Anyone know where I can get plans for a 2732A eprom burner? Money is tight and I don't want to blow 150 dollars on a burner. However I have an electronics degree and can build a burner cheaply. Thanks for any help.

I built this one.

This will do your 32k proms, and there are circuit diagrams there.

You can get a kit from Dick Smith Electronics in Aus for about $90 US, but it takes some extra work to program proms over 256k, and it won't do EEPROM's.

Batronix is a better way to go, I think.

Thanks Gunther and JohnL. Not sure the batronix will program a 2732A, however the one you built looks like it will.

A PP-II should do 2732As. It's listed in the RPOM selection tables, anyway, and I know it will read some of the old ones I have.

Holy Necrothread.

The bin you need should be able to be found in one the bin libraries located at moates.net, tunerpro.net and a few others that people have started.

Then you can burn it to an new E/EPROM, install and go.
