1227165 to 1227730 Swap - Minimum prom changes needed?

What changed to the prom is absolutely needed for a 1227165 to 1227730 swap?

Assuming we are talking about an '89 350 TPI with stock 1227165 ANYJ9304 code, and that I will be using AUJP1615 code with the 1227730.

I read somewhere about the VSS signal being different, and that I need to change the knock sensor but is there anything more thats important to think about?

I have realized that the memcal that came with my 7730 probably is from a V6, can I still use it if I swap the prom for one with V8 code?

Memcal came with AZTY1407 code and I plan to use AUJP1615 code.

Is the knock circuitry on the memcal the same, and what about the netres?

I had cylinder select errors when using a V6 Memcal with a V8 BIN shortly after doing the 730 swap.

V8 memcal = no problems.

Good luck
