Where to buy 27c32 eproms?

I need to start burning some 27c32 eproms and I was wondering if anyone knew where to find them?

Ebay has only the standard 2732a eproms, not the 'c' ones.

Thanks.

How logn do you erase them for in the UV eraser? Or can you erase them via the programmer.

UV erase 10-15 minutes. program like any other 12v eprom. like i siad the fact that they arent 21v and 25 volts means they wont burn up like alot of the other 2732's

Craig Moates offers an adapter to go from the 2732 to 29C256 EEPROM.. Seems like the way to go really, providing you don't want the hassle of UV erasing..

Cheers,

I didn't know that..
This would let me use a 27c256 or 27256 instead of a 2732. That'd be great.

Thanks.
