Adapters
These are adapters and fittings for GM Saginaw and quick connect fuel lines. Part number Description
GM 1711798 EFI Feed and Return nut kit. Thread sizes are 14mm x 1.5 and 16mm x 1.5
GM 15544805 3/8" double female feed line connector, connects 2 male 3/8" Saginaw ends
GM 15550219 5/16" double female return line connector, connects 2 male 5/16" Saginaw ends
GM 15694407 short piece of steel line with one Saginaw end and one quick connect end, straight

My local GM parts person said those are for a 5 ton truck. He gave me part no. 10068750 as the feed to the TPI and the 10068749 as the return. Seems like it's no longer in production

Isn't it wonderful that more than a decade worth of shared collective knowledge can still be accessed by members of the board? Anyways, for anyone looking, my local autoparts store found a supplier named Papco that still make generic fuel pressure and return lines. I bought 2 3/8 9" lines which come with 1 fitting on the end which I will join together with 2 compression fittings and a union. I'm doing this also to the 5/16 return line because there is a link in the factory return line that limits the fuel delivery to the rail (besides the small orifice that slows down fuel into the fuel rail on the pressure side.). This limits the fuel available when building more than 425-450 HP on our cars. According to the old Mallory High flow tpi rail instructions http://www.mrgasket.com/Portals/0/do..._tpi_4311M.pdf. A 3/8 or 6AN line will support 500 HP but a 5/16 or 4AN line supports less. Well we've got a 3/8 fuel pressure line from the factory and a 5/16 on the return side. Although the size of the return is determined by fuel pump size, if you're running a fuel pump that can fuel 500HP, you should also have a 3/8 return as well. Well, I didn't want to go under the car, drop the rear end, rear springs, torque arm and fuel tank to install a larger return line. And apparently ACCEL found that the return line on the stock TPI from the factory also had a Kink in it that limits the fuel return. If you look at it under the hood, you can see indeed that the factory Kinks the lines up. Especially the return line. So I'm just going to optimize the factory routing by bending my own lines and removing the kink. My other option would be to buy the street and performance rear fuel rail mod kit. That would fix the fuel going into the small orifice at the front. But it still doesn't fix the problem of 5/16 return line slowing down the fuel going back to the tank so that more fuel can be pressurized into the fuel rail.
