Best (easiest?) way to disable IAC logic?

I'm in the final tuning phase for a 327 w/ a 7747. I'm working on what I consider subtleties such as warm/cool air temp startup, off-idle behavior, cooling fan RPM drop, details like that. It'd be handy to disable the IAC with a single adjustment in the PROM, rather than zero twenty values in various locations. Any suggestions other than unplug the thing (after running it in to it's "0" point)?

i had one functioning and the other dead but in open position. so i plugged each inlet with some foam rubber. i cycled a few times by jumping aldl at later date and the dead one came to life but was shortlived and died in closed position again. last i checked i am running only one of two and foam is removed.
