Serial Data

This may or may not be relevent to this board, but can anyone shed some light on this problem:

'93 TA speed density system with dual 02 sensors. ECM 1229378
When connecting the OTC scanner all I get is a "NO DATA"
I have connected the scanner to another '93 and it works fine.
I can jump A&B pins and get 12 three times.
I have back traced all the wires to the ALDL and to the ECM, everything checks out.
Any help would be appreciated.
TIA,
Don>>>

PS just trying to help a fellow F-body bud.

Try swapping the PCM out of the car it would link to, into that one.
Might look at the ALDL connectors and see if they're a match.
Other then that, dunno....
